Mr. V. Srinivas Naidu – Chairman and Managing Director of Signova Group of Companies. A first-generation entrepreneur, he brings extensive industry experience gained from key roles across leading Agri-input companies prior to founding Signova in 2013.
He is known for his strong marketing acumen and a deeply farmer-centric approach, which continues to shape the group’s strategic focus on micronutrients, water-soluble fertilizers, bio stimulants, disease management products, and sustainable agricultural solutions.
Signova Group is driven by a commitment to research-led innovation, quality manufacturing, and farmer prosperity, delivering advanced formulations that enhance crop productivity while promoting sustainable farming practices.
In recognition of his significant contributions to the Indian farming community, Mr. Naidu has been conferred with an Honorary Doctorate. Guided by his vision for a sustainable future, Signova actively aligns its initiatives with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), supported by advanced infrastructure and eco-friendly production practices.
Dr. D. Samuel Sparjan Babu, Ph. D
Vice President-Technical
Dr. D. Samuel Sparjan is a highly versatile professional biotechnologist having more than 17 years of diverse experience in the laboratory management, Academic Research, Networking, and Industrial Production. His research experience includes product development and evaluation of innovative organic Agri and livestock products based on microbial fermentation.
He received his Ph.D. in Biotechnology from KL University, with research undertaken at the ICAR-Indian Institute of Oil Palm Research. He has 7 patents and 30 peer-reviewed National and International Research papers and book chapters to his credit. He serves as a reviewer for a number of national and international indexed journals. He is a Life Member of several National and International Professional Societies. He is the recipient of two Best Young Scientist Awards and a member of Loyola Academy, Secunderabad Board of Studies (BoS).

Dr. Sharma has an impressive academic and research record, with 80 publications, contributions to six books, and collaborations across the USA, Canada, South America, Africa, and Southeast Asia. He holds key positions in scientific communities, including membership in the New York Academy of Sciences, editorial roles in international journals, and advisory roles in Indian and global institutions.
